My Pets is a cozy virtual-pet game for iOS, Android and Web. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights. By using the game, you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: username, display name, email address (for login, password reset and support) and an app-generated user ID.
• Gameplay data: your pets, inventory, room layouts, missions, event progress, settings and preferences — needed to run the game and sync across sessions.
• Purchase data: in-app purchase receipts and transaction IDs, verified with Apple / Google before gems are granted. We never see or store your card or payment credentials.
• Device & technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language, crash logs and Firebase installation IDs — used for stability, fraud prevention and single-device session security.
• Support messages: anything you send us by email when asking for help.

2. Advertising

The game may show rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising).

3. Third-party services

• Firebase (Google) — crash reporting, push notifications, app verification.
• Google AdMob — rewarded ads (see above).
• Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing for in-app purchases.

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the game.

4. Children

My Pets is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

5. Data retention

Account and gameplay data is kept while your account is active. Unused accounts and expired temporary records (e.g. unclaimed reward drops) are cleaned up automatically. Crash logs are retained in aggregated form.

6. Your rights & deletion

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing mtoanmy91@gmail.com from your account email. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days and remove your account, pets, inventory and associated gameplay data.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS, with certificate pinning in the mobile apps). Sessions are single-device: logging in on a new device invalidates older sessions. No method is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the game evolves. Material changes will be announced in the in-game News section with an updated effective date.
